What is the Vision for my Health?

This week we are revisiting one of my favoritest meditation practices – Visioning.  Just as I’ve felt guided to blend the tapping (emotional freedom techniques) with meditation, I’ve found that tapping fits perfectly into the Releasing phase of Visioning.

If you are new to Visioning, you are in for a treat.  Visioning is a practice which allows us to access our inner wisdom and come into alignment with universal intelligence.  It is one of the best ways I’ve found to gain clarity and connect with our body wisdom.

Release thinking and trying to figure out what to DO!  Open, open, open…

When you have health challenges, which we all do at one time or another, we are often overwhelmed with diagnoses, recommendations from various health practitioners and choices about treatment.  One way to connect with your inner wisdom and intuition is to ask these four simple questions:

1.  What is the highest vision for my health and wellbeing?

2.  What am I releasing to fulfill this vision – what am I releasing that no longer serves me?

Note:  This is where it may be helpful to do a few rounds of tapping to release worry, concern, pain, discomfort – whatever you are guided to release to feel better.

3.  What am I embracing or welcoming into my experience?

4.  What must I BE for this vision to be fulfilled – what qualities will support me as I learn and grow?

You might want to set aside extra time following your meditation to write about your experience.  Often more information and clarity is gained as we are writing.

You might also ask for guidance about inspired action to take – staying in touch with the feelings that are being revealed.  There is almost always an emotional connection to illness, so paying attention to your feelings can be very helpful.

Give thanks for the vision, for the healing and for guidance and clarity.

Remember that listening and trusting your own body wisdom is powerful!  May you find peace within, clarity in your decisions and be blessed with vibrant good health.
