What’s your dream?

“It’s more powerful to move toward what you want than away from what you don’t want.”    Marcia Weider

I’ve just returned from an amazing Dream Day with Marcia Weider, America’s Dream Coach.  Marcia is based in San Francisco and speaks and teaches all over the world.  This was a special day to celebrate her birthday – Happy Birthday Marcia! – and to share her excitement with 70 fortunate folks as she has deepened her personal practice and begun to paint.

Creativity

We were honored to witness her first few paintings.  I’m inspired to do more photography (just had the pleasure of doing some photos for friends vineyard harvest yesterday morning in Napa) and to take my art supplies with me when we travel to Asilomar in Monterey for our annual women’s retreat weekend on October 30th.  Our theme this year is Creativity through music, art, journaling and story telling.  How are you honoring your creative urges?

New Healing Source

My curiosity about Young Living essential oils has moved me to learn more and to share what I’m learning with you.  I have found the Valor blend of oils to be helpful in healing muscle and back pain.  I now add Lavender pure therapeutic grade essential oil to epsom salts in the bath and for quick healing of cuts and bruises.  Below is a great recipe from the Young Living site www.youngliving.com and it’s gluten and dairy free. Yay!
